Fill & Format. Here's how...
Fill
the formulas to the right up to (and including) column M. (One way is to hold
the Shift button down continuously while you click successively on cells B3 and then [after scrolling across] M5. Then click Control-R or select
Edit>Fill>Right.)
NOTE: From now on, the block
B3 to M5 should remain highlighted. Be sure to Fill Right in the next step.
Select “Cells”
under Format Menu and then click "Number"
and then “Currency”
Set “Decimal Places” to 2 (if not already set)
Click
OK
Save
the document.

Graph. Here's how...
Hold the Shift button down continuously while you
click successively on cells A3 and
then [after scrolling across] M5.

on the Graph icon
Select
the Stacked Bars Column Graph Style

Next

Next again
Enter a title that describes the graph, and enter Number of Servings (X-axis) and Price (Y-axis)
Click
Finish
Move
the Graph to about an inch from the left

Use Page Setup
(under the File Menu)
Page: Click Landscape and “Fit to page” buttons
Margins: Click to center horizontally
Header: Insert your name in the Header
Sheet: Enter
print area A1:M30 (or larger, if needed)
Save,
print and turn in to your instructor
